St Annes is a popular seaside town, full of Victorian buildings and charm. There's plenty to see and do around and about the area, near to Links View.

Links View itself, as, as the name suggests, overlooks a golf course. 

Apartments on the westerly side of the site enjoy amazing views straight across St Annes Golf Course. The coast and attractions of Blackpool are visible beyond. 

St Annes is a popular seaside retirement town, full of Victorian buildings and charm. The seafront, with pier, attractive gardens and promenade, is just a short stroll away. A favourite spot for everyone, from families with children to local retirees.

St Annes town centre is reasonably near to Links View too.

There you’ll find high street names and plenty of independent retailers side by side.

Life in St Annes

There’s a strong sense of community pride in St Annes, as there is around the Fylde Coast in general. 

You’ll be able to enjoy a variety of big events which take place each year. Not just in St Annes but around and about on this coast, in Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Blackpool and Lytham.

Locally, big events include the Kite Festival in summer and the Victorian Christmas Festival in December. Each local town has a big gala type summer event, and there are plenty more things to enjoy, all year round. Plus of course, everything that takes place in nearby Blackpool – home to the countries favourite bright lights!

A Popular Retirement Town

The climate, flat landscape and seaside entertainment is a big draw to retirees. People move here not just from the North West, but from all over the country. 

There are endless groups and associations on all kinds of themes which you could take part in. Volunteering and friendship is a big thing all along the Fylde Coast. It’s generally older people who are right at the front of leading it.
